Swipe>> instructed by a landlord to take up a bathroom floor as he was advised there was a mouse 🐁 nest underneath by a pest control company (no name and shame) unfortunately this was not the case so we will be back in the near future to re install a new subfloor and a tiled finish.
Fortunately the floor wasn’t in great condition anyway with lots of movement so all grout was cracked needing to be repaired.
